How long does it keep?: Unopened, 9 months from the date on the back of the bag. Once it's open, reseal it and finish within a week — there are no artificial preservatives holding it together.
Does it need refrigeration?: No. Shelf stable, which is the whole point. It's built to live in a backpack.
What are the allergens?: Every flavor contains soy and wheat. Galbi also contains sesame. Made in a facility that handles tree nuts.
How is it shipped?: Orders ship from Brooklyn within 2 business days, then 3–5 business days on the road. Flat $5.95, free at $50 and up.
Where is my order?: Your confirmation email has a tracking link, and every order also lives in your account — sign in with your email and Shopify sends a one-time code, no password to remember.
Can I change or cancel an order?: Email us. If the box has not been packed we can change the flavor, the size, or the address, or cancel it outright. Once the label is printed we can only help after it arrives.
Can I return it?: If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 14 days and we'll replace it. Food safety rules mean we can't take back opened bags.
Do you do wholesale?: Yes — shops, offices, and outfitters. Get in touch and we'll send the sheet.
