Shipping & Returns
When it ships
Every order is packed by hand in Brooklyn and goes out within two business days. Orders placed over a weekend or a holiday start counting from the next business day.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made.
What it costs
Flat $5.95 anywhere in the United States. Free on orders of $50 or more.
Delivery runs three to five business days from the day it ships. The jerky is shelf stable, so nothing needs to be rushed or refrigerated, and we pick whichever carrier gets your box there fastest for its size.
Where we ship
The fifty states, plus DC. We do not ship internationally yet, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
If something is wrong
Email hello@brooklynoutdoordad.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If a bag arrived damaged, opened, or is simply the wrong flavor, we replace it or refund it. No return shipment needed.
Food safety rules mean we cannot accept returns of opened bags. An unopened bag can come back within 14 days for a refund, minus the original shipping, once it arrives here in resalable condition.
Lost packages
If tracking has not moved in seven days, tell us and we will chase the carrier and send a replacement. We do not make you fight the post office alone.
